An incredibly nourishing experience for all, this weekend is also just a great way to spoil yourself and spend time with Tucker while bonding with other Yin enthusiasts.
With four Yin classes (open to the public), there is a chance to immerse yourself in the practices, and to try your hand at adjusting students in the poses.
During lecture hours, Tucker will discuss the history, theory, and philosophy behind Yin and Restorative yoga as well as the many other traditions he pulls from to weave his classes together.
