Meet Your Teacher
Paige Griffith
Paige started her yoga teaching journey at Challenge to Change and worked with them for 2 years. During her time there, she was a part of teams writing curriculum for middle & high school, as well as a trauma informed curriculum for kids. She taught in the schools, serving kids from age 3-18, as well as in shelters and residential facilities. She’s been teaching adults in a studio setting since the beginning and finds so much joy helping people get back in their bodies. Paige also has a bachelors and masters degree in psychology, teaches developmental psychology at the college level, and loves to alchemize psychology and yoga, and there’s no better way to do it than teaching kids!
