Kids Yoga Teachers
Paige Griffith
During the summer of 2020, I was in the middle of my 200 hour yoga teacher training, when an amazing opportunity presented itself! I was offered a role working for a company that specialized in kids yoga! My love for yoga had already sparked, and incorporating that love with my passion for kids was a no brainer. I have coached kids in a variety of activities and modalities for almost a decade, and while earning a master’s degree in psychology, and being trained to teach yoga, I knew melding the passions would be a perfect fit. I earned my RCYT in July of 2020, and have taught kids yoga in a variety of ways since, including elementary, middle and high school settings, sports teams, camps, and studio classes. My trauma informed training allotted me the opportunity to teach at shelters, correctional, and residential facilities. In kids classes, you can expect a consistent format of breath, movement and activities that nurture mindfulness and creativity, meditation and of course extra fun!

My mission is to create more connections, through which life gets brighter and better for people and the world. This can be a connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the earth - all of which can be done in so many ways, one of my favorites is through movement!
Yoga came into my life after years of dancing and 5 years of coaching a competitive dance team in Evergreen, Colorado. It has helped me to heal my body and get into tune with my mind and spirit. This process has brought peace, joy, and so much growth into my life. As a teacher I aim to help others access these same tools to help you in their life’s journey - and hopefully have some fun!
I’ve grown up in Colorado and Boulder has been my home for the last 7 years. I graduated from CU in 2020 studying Biology, Sociology, and Public Health. When I’m not in the yoga studio or working you can find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with children in foster care, skiing, running, learning about plant and human biology, and spending time with the people I love.
I look forward to seeing you in class!
