Drop your kids off for a yoga night with Paige! Kids can expect to try some yoga, do small art projects and sing along to a fun movie. We will be providing a dinner of cheese pizza and a movie snack of popcorn. Please send your child in comfortable clothes with a water bottle and any additional food or snacks if you prefer they not have pizza.

Expect this class to include both moments of challenging flow and longer more restorative postures.
