Costume Flow & Cacao Circle

Description: Join Laura, a guest facilitator from Chicago who is a herbalist/psychiatrist and Cassi, resident yoga teacher, for a Halloween Costume flow and Cacao Circle. Pre registration recommended so that we prepare enough cacao.

What to expect: a fun costume yoga flow set to a spoooooky fun soundtrack. Our Cacao circle consists of a Samhain/Halloween meditation, intention setting and sharing. Please bring an altar item for our circle (you will get it back.) We are thrilled to announce our cacao is sourced from Nana Maria in Guatemala.

*please note this is not a traditional Cacao ceremony but a way to consciously and respectfully share Cacao and experience her healing benefits, both spiritual and physical. We look forward to seeing you!
