Description: Join Cat outside in the garden for a session of guided contemplation in celebration of Meditation Month. We will begin with breathwork to let go of the day and ready ourselves for introspection then move into focused presence, supported by the peaceful sensory experience of nature. This practice is suitable for those new to meditation and those with an established practice. Please feel welcome to bring any blankets, mats, or cushions that will support you to sit or lay down for an extended period.
