Description: During this 4 day camp, you will unlock your inner Super Powers through yoga! We will breathe, move, learn and participate in all kinds of yoga and mindfulness fun. These mornings will be filled to the brim with activities that are meant to cultivate connection to self and others, improve regulation, and empower campers to embrace the inner Super Powers we all carry! Please send your child in comfortable clothes, a small snack and a water bottle!
