Upgrade the quality of your heart connections and improve relationships with both friends & lovers on all levels with this heart-centered breathwork workshop. AJ will help you connect with the righteous heartful energy you've been yearning to tap into and embody with ease.
We'll start with a guided meditation for centering & grounding, then we will breathe together with great music and AJ's soulful guidance. This breathwork will create gentle and strengthening heart opening for all participants.
Time: 90 min
Things to bring: eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes. Optional: essential oils, crystals, journal.
