Description: In this workshop we explore your unique constitution in relation to the three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. How to adapt your diet and lifestyle to seasonal changes using ayurvedic herbs, spices, and food qualities. We share recipes, yoga techniques, and breathing practices all aimed at balancing your constitution.
Students are given a questionnaire prior to the workshop to help guide them in understanding their own prakruti - During the workshop I will verify their findings by taking their pulse.
