Description: This special PearlFlow with be accompanied by a local cellist.

PearlFlow is Yoga Pearl’s signature vinyasa format. This mind-body practice moves as a wave, starting with a deep breathing, a grounded warm up, transitioning into a flow of standing postures. Once familiar with the postures you'll flow, breath-to-movement, peaking at fun and challenging balancing postures. The wave will take you into a blissful and connected cool down. The intention of this practice is to remove blockages in the body and mind, opening you up to endless possibility. This class moves and is taught as a truly ALL levels class.

About Sophie Stubbs:

Cellist Sophie Stubbs is an active chamber, orchestral, and freelance artist currently based in Colorado. She frequently performs with ensembles throughout the Denver-Boulder area and maintains a studio teaching cellists of all ages.

Sophie has spent several summers performing in festivals around the United States, including the Icicle Creek Chamber Music Festival, Brevard Music Center Summer
Institute, and the Lakes Area Music Festival. She received her master’s degree in cello performance and pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, having
studied with David Requiro. She also holds a bachelor of music degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.

In her free time, she loves to enjoy the great outdoors (bird watching and dog watching), check out new books at the library, and practice yoga!
