Megan is a 500HR E-RYT yoga teacher with over a decade of experience sharing the transformative practice of yoga. A seasoned educator, she has led both 200HR and 300HR yoga teacher trainings, empowering aspiring teachers with a blend of depth, clarity, and creativity. Megan's teaching is grounded in extensive studies, including advanced teacher trainings, prenatal yoga, hands-on assists, inversions, restorative practices, yoga for athletes, and yoga theory. Known for her dedication to alignment and anatomically sound movement, she creates classes that are both safe and empowering, allowing students to build strength, awareness, and confidence in their practice.
Inspired by her background as an artist, Megan brings dynamic sequences and thoughtful insight to every class, fostering an engaging and authentic experience. Deeply committed to fostering connection, she serves the Boulder community by offering yoga as a space for growth, self-discovery, and joy. Outside the studio, she can be found beekeeping up sunshine canyon, hosting dinner parties, or enjoying the great outdoors with her dog, Shimoda.
